Nick Sutherland
- A solicitor since 1975 and a member of the Law Society Personal
Injury Panel since 1997. he is chairman of the North
Walsham and District Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB).
Hobbies include reading, walking, music and cycling.

Whiting - A Fellow of the Institute of Legal
Executive (FILEX), she originally worked at Norwich
Union.
Married with two school age
children, her interests including church youth work,
singing, gym and swimming.

Green - A solicitor since 1991, his first career
was as a retail manager and he is also a qualified teacher.
He has been on the Law Society Personal Injury Panel
since 1995. He specialises in
accident at work, industrial disease and clinical negligence
claims. Outside work, he enjoys reading, history and
travel.

Duffy - A qualified nurse who qualified as
a solicitor in 1998. She specialises in clinical negligence,
RSI and industrial disease claims. She is a member of Norwich Medical Legal Society and
out of work enjoys singing belonging to two choirs.
She acts as navigator to her husband in vintage car
motor rallying.

Paul
Kirby - Has been a personal injury lawyer for over 10 years.
He has particular experience of and an interest in military
and product liability claims. Previously, Paul worked within the insurance industry and is therefore
a game keeper turned poacher.
In his spare time, he enjoys flying being a senior gliding
instructor affiliated to the RAF. He also enjoys cross
country driving and conservation work.
Jacqueline McClay
- A solicitor qualified since 1989, she specialises
in stress at work, sexual abuse claims and claims by
children. She was the first women president of the Norfolk
& Norwich Law Society and is Deputy Coroner for
Norwich and Central Norfolk.

Tim
Parsons - A solicitor qualified since 1993
specialising in accident at work and slipping/tripping
claims.
A native of the North East, he supports Middlesbrough
Football Club.
David Ellis - A
solicitor and member of the Law Society Personal Injury
Panel, he qualified in 1984 and undertakes general personal
injury work.
Stephen
Wood - Qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and
has always worked in Norwich.
He was the founding partner of a local practice but
in 2001 launched his own practice which only pursues
personal injury claims.
He is a keen motorcyclist and has a particular speciality in motorbike accidents.

Arthur
Stokes - A solicitor since 1969 and member
of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel.
Lisa
Bebbington - Gained valuable experience in personal injury work
during her training contract and qualified as a solicitor
in November 2004.
