No Win No Fee
Our
lawyers will act for you under a No Win - No Fee Agreement.
This will say that if the case is lost you will pay
nothing. If the case is won then
you will receive your compensation in full and your lawyer will be paid for dealing with your claim by the defendant.
We do this
by taking out an insurance policy hand in hand with
the No Win - No Fee Agreement. This policy pays the
other side’s costs if you lose.
You
will not have to pay the insurance policy premium up
front. If you win the other side pay it. If you lose,
it is simply written off. It really is “no win
- no fee”.
Occasionally not all costs are recoverable.
This is because some claims are covered by different
rules. We will always discuss this with you at the start.
